The cabin experience is very attractive, especially this year with COVID-19 lockdowns and restrictions. Everyone is looking to be outdoors, to connect with nature and their families but buying real estate and making a long-term commitment isn’t the answer for everyone.

The cost for a seasonal rental site is between $1500 to $2000. Opening dates may vary campground to campground but generally speaking full-service hook ups are available May thru September.

The second step is to choose the RV that you are excited to spend the summer in. With $1000 down payment and approved credit, you can choose any RV that we have in inventory. We will even deliver and set up that brand new RV for you at a local campground.

Payments will depend on the model you choose, but payments can range between $300 to $500 per month for even the most luxurious of 33 foot Aspen Trail or Kodiak trailers in stock.

Next is the cost of insurance. That’s about $500 annually.
