Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre Newsletter- July 31st 2013

Intro/Letter From the Editor – Ryan Main – General Manager

Somewhere along the line I must have had one of those long, time passing blinks.  Just the other day, I viewed a back to school commercial on TV.  Don’t panic and start looking at the calendar just yet, there is plenty of camping season left before we have to re-adjust for the family’s fall schedule.

We have been on quite the run here at Pik-A-Dilly.  Be it the sales department moving units as fast as we can get them on the yard, the service department running units through the shop at a breakneck pace, or the parts department rolling out new Pik-A-Dilly branded items and debuting the Mr. BBQ line of products, this has been one of the busiest summers in recent history.  The fun is nowhere near finished for the year at Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre.  In fact, you may say we’re just getting started.  We have huge savings to pass on to you in all departments, great incentives to purchase your new unit here and the piece of mind offered by an experienced service department and the North America-wide backing of the RV Care/Priority RV networks to assure your travels are without incident.  Check out what we have to offer, both in this month’s newsletter and at our Trans-Canada Highway location.

By all indications, we should have a lengthy fall, with nice camping weather, so there shouldn’t be any rush to shut things down just yet.  That being said though, we have started to book fall/winter autopac work, so if you have had an unfortunate incident this summer with hail, wind or some other form of damage, give our service department a call to get your RV on the list of work that will get done over the down months.

As always, should you have any questions or comments, please contact me at rmain@pikadilly.com, or should you have suggestions for the newsletter, please contact Todd at todd@pikadilly.com.  Until next month, enjoy the read and happy camping!!

Sales News – Dave Shepherd – Sales Manager

With the first half of summer holidays coming to an end, we find ourselves having just completed one of the busiest couple of months we have seen in years.  Our inventory levels have taken a bit of a hit and we are getting low in some models, but we have plenty of new trailers and 5th wheels ordered that are starting to arrive.

The good news is you can save $’s by buying one of our in stock units. Now is a good time to check our inventory for that perfect trailer for your family.  If we don’t have what you want,  it is already coming or we can get it.

A bonus to the in stock inventory is that it was bought when the US exchange rate was a little more in our favor, thus adding to the benefit of getting a trailer now.

Stop in and check us out or check our inventory on line to see if we have the perfect unit for you and your family.

Parts News – Brianne Fulmore – Parts

This month we have 4 awesome parts deals to pass your way!

Employee Profile – Brad Manning – Parts

This month we would like to take the opportunity to introduce to our customers and friends, Brad Manning, the newest member of our parts team here at Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre.

Brad, originally from Souris, moved to Brandon and graduated from Crocus Plains in 2009. He joined our team at Pik-A-Dilly in the winter of 2012/13, just in time to help out at our annual Show and Sale at the Keystone Centre. With his knowledge of  RV’s growing daily, he will be quick to assist you in all your RV parts and accessory needs. Brad has done a great job of keeping the heavy workload in this department manageable.

When he’s not at work Brad is an avid sportsfan, from hockey to football. Brad is a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan and I’m sure if you were in the store around their recent Stanley Cup run you would have no trouble finding that out. When he’s not cheering on his favourite teams you can usually find Brad playing basketball with friends.

Brad is an important asset to our team, a hard working individual who is always eager to lend a helping hand. Please help us in welcoming Brad to the Pik-A-Dilly family.
