You don’t have to buy an RV. Call your neighbourhood campground and ask if they have a rental available. Chances are they will. Most private campgrounds have at least one or two RVs on site that they rent to the public. If you are a member of their Facebook community you might even spy a last minute deal. In Brandon, Grand Valley Campground has such a rental. In the Oak Lake area Aspen Grove has 2 rentals on site. As a guest, all you need to bring is your food, bedding and personal effects. No need to borrow a truck, buy gas or learn how to tow. The RV stays on site and you get a realistic glimpse into the camping and RV lifestyle before you commit.
